Position: Coordinator of Administrative and Curriculum Services
Location: South Asheville campus

Summary: Under general supervision, the Coordinator of Administrative and Curriculum Services provides consistent support and organization to the administrative functions related to operations and campus services, as well as coordination of all online and seated curriculum for Montreat College's School of Adult and Graduate Studies.

Responsibilities include :oversight of AGS curriculum and course material needs, proofreading, reconciling invoices and statements, keeping documentation organized and accurately tracked, and taking meeting minutes. The Coordinator of Administrative and Curriculum Services also facilities campus center needs in the absence of the Campus Services Coordinator.

Position Qualifications:
● Exemplifies a like-mindedness with Montreat College’s Christ-centered Mission, Vision, and Values by demonstrating and articulating a personal Christian faith
● Bachelor’s degree required
● A high level of organization and ability to prioritize and multitask
● Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytic skills; A background in English is preferred
● Strong attention to details and ability to work independently while managing time within project schedules
● Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities simultaneously and with enthusiasm
● Ability to work cross-functionally and determine appropriate levels of communication across departments, including with College administration
● Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher), technology, and Internet usage; Experience with the PowerCampus system and/or MoodleRooms a plus
● Some night and weekend hours may be expected
● General lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required
